when can I request a refund?
Refunds will only be granted if products arrive broken, melted, or missing in the package once it's been received by the customer. Customer must show proof of damage via photo or video before any refunds are processed. If customer wants a replacement instead of a refund, that option will always be offered and is always welcomed!
